Here is my latest piece! I actually went to the Pittsburgh Zoo & PPG Aquarium and found this adorable little guy. I instantly thought this guy deserved his own picture, but like a dork, I forgot to take of his information. I emailed the zoo and they were actually nice enough to ID this guy for me. Per the email from their lead reptile keeper:
“The snake in the image you sent is a Neotropical rattlesnake, Crotalus durissus terrificus. This snake is found south of the Amazon in parts of Brazil, Bolivia, Paraguay, and Uruguay. It is extremely venomous.”
So there you go, you learned something today!
So most of you may or may not know, I do have an art speciality; charcoal. I love working with charcoals and have decided to put a few more of those pieces into my mix throughout the year. I just finished my first piece so expect to see that tom! Here’s a sneak peek!

Whew! This piece ended up taking for-EV-ver, but I absolutely love how it turned out! Thanks for your patience folks! I thinking for my next piece I’m going back to my roots in doing some charcoals….
Where the *fudge* has Megan been? Well she has slowly been finishing her latest piece which is turned out amazing! So I will be posting it at some point on Friday. Due to certain people stealing my art, I am taking procautions to have a copyright on my piece, so I need to finish that before I can post it, but I should be good to go on Friday, So please check back in!
