I had a lot of fun at Yoi Con! I do want to do a little something different then what I usually do. I am going to give a few shout outs to some other artists and vendors I met at the con. They all are super nice and encourage everyone to check them out!

Bunniery: (by Dicey Miller) Super cool and talented artist with a unique style. She can be found on tumblr, instagram, facebook (listed), and twitter. Likes pink. She is pictured below.

Clear Star Studios: (by Amanda Sternklar) Creative and nice, she specializes in custom phone cases, key chain charms, and jewellery. Can be found on facebook (listed), instagram, tumblr, and youtube. She will be making me a custom case which I will show when I get. Super excited to see it!

FireflyFrippery: Makes really cute clay charms and other trinkets. I got an adorable waffle cat necklace from her photo below. She is on facebook (listed) and etsy.

Castle Keep Crafts: Mixed bag of beautiful glass work and fluffy creatures. Is on facebook, Etsy, Instagram. I got a cute seedling creature from them. I have named him Thicket.

Hello lovely people!

This is kind-of a different then my normal posts. I just wanted to give you guys some information about me and why I’m not going to be posting much of anything between December-January….and it really boils down to me just being busy with things that need my attention right now.

I just got a new job, which is exciting, but I’m going to need an adjustment period of figuring it out and changing up my schedule. I have some family related stuff I got to take care of. Nothing bad! Just things that need my attention. There’s also the fact that I’ve been nonstop; between cons and making art for said cons this entire year. I need a little break.

Am I not working on any new art? No! I’m always working on something new, but it’s going to be put more on the back burner for December and January.

I just didn’t want you guys to be wondering where’s all the new, almost monthly art I normally post. I’m not giving up art, just need a break.

HOWEVER!!! I do have somethings for December. So check back in tomorrow!

Also I want to give a side bar to my unfortunate news. My beloved Harry passed away yesterday unexpectedly. He was my everything and was my muse for a lot of my pictures which is why I want to put this here. To say I’m devastated wouldn’t do justice to the shear amount of pain I’m feeling right now. So if you have a moment, take the time to pet your own fur baby!

Just in time for the holiday season: Christmas Cards by Megan Affolter! That’s right nothing says happy holidays like a homemade Christmas card! I have two sets of 6 cards, the Naughty and Nice card set! The Nice Cards have traditional holiday expressions and the Naughty cards are for your friends who have a good sense of humor. Each set comes with 6 4.25 x 5.50 cards with envelopes.
I will be selling them at Steel City this weekend, but if you would like a set of the cards and know that your not going to be able to come to the con, I am offering to send them to you via mail. I’m charging $20 for the set ($15 for the actual card set, the additional $5 is for shipping).
